The Aarhus University (Denmark)

The Aarhus University is a top 100 university providing research, innovation, and education at the highest level. The Department of Food Science (AU FOOD) will bring insights from the Nordics with a highly innovative and leading food packaging ecosystem and demonstrate how to take ideas from science to the industry and from industry to science. AU FOOD also coordinated the REPAK - Entrepreneurial summer school in packaging sustainability taught in 2020 entirely online.
